Some women feel like they have lost their confidence and their sparkle and become more withdrawn. This then makes symptoms like low mood and isolation worse.

Menopausal hormone changes impact the whole body from your head to your toes.

These changes happen in your body due to the natural ageing process and a reduction in hormones in the body.

Where you take HRT or not, menopause is a time you should be looking after your body.

HRT can help many aspects, but you you still need to address other factors as well:

  • The natural rise in cortisol levels that occurs during the menopause, (Leading to increased abdominal fat, food cravings, poor sleep and low energy levels.
  • The possibility you may be more insulin resistant. Your body needs to fuel differently from when you were in your 20s and 30s. This shows in weight gain, energy crashes, brain fog and fat storage. Your old diets may not work for you anymore. 
  • The loss of lean muscle mass will change how your body looks and slow down your metabolism.

I work online with my clients with a complete support package. I help you every step of your journey, beginning with the 28 day gut repair, then helping you tweak your nutrition to find what is right for your body to thrive during the menopause.

My one to one clients get 7 days a week access to me via a Support App 7am to 7pm to ask as many questions as you need throughout your program. Whether that’s help planning meals, picking menu choices or just needing an ear. I check in with you every Friday to make sure you are staying on track.

My one to one clients get access to a private Facebook group, with weekly; recipes, hormone info, Pilates videos and 20-25 minute metabolic Female workouts. During the 12 weeks you can also join us Live on Zoom for the Metabolic workouts. Tuesdays 09:00am.

You will receive your program via my website via 3 monthly E-Books broken down week by week for you to go on your journey to Finding yourself at menopause.

    I am here for you as much or as little as you need me, I check in on you weekly to keep you on track and help with anything you need. I am available to answer questions and help you out with tweaking nutrition or maybe you are off out for dinner and need advice on what’s best to eat. I can help with accountability to stay on track throughout the 12 weeks. Or just as a cheerleader to get you to reach your goals.
