Alongside receiving the new "Finding yourself at menopause Program" You will get my full 7-day-a-week online support package. Plus private Facebook Group and access to Live Metabolic Female workouts.
I am here for you as much or as little as you need me, I check in on you weekly to keep you on track and help with anything you need. I am available to answer questions and help you out with tweaking nutrition or maybe you are off out for dinner and need advice on what’s best to eat. I can help with accountability to stay on track throughout the 12 weeks. Or just as a cheerleader to get you to reach your goals. - I am Available to you Mon – Sunday 7 am – 7 pm.
