Why you need an accountability Coach

 

Accountability coaching is a fantastic service for anyone who needs a little more help staying on track. Maybe you have had a personal trainer once or twice a week, but sabotage your efforts between those sessions. Accountability coaching gives you full support all week, making you accountable for your nutrition, movement and lifestyle habits. I  work by  tweaking your nutrition  and movement until  you get to where you want to be.  Every person has different nutritional and movement needs.It’s  never  copy  and  paste.

I’ve got your back. Until you have got this on your own!

I am not here to keep you accountable forever. My goal is to get you to a place where you don’t need me. Healthy eating and movement become your normal. It’s that point of your journey that gives me the biggest satisfaction.

How it works

1) It’s not all chicken and broccoli! 

You start by logging your current nutrition for a week, giving me an idea of your food and exercise habits. From that, we start making small changes to your nutrition and movement for you to reach your goals. I’m not a fan of strict dieting and spending hours in the gym. The way you eat and train should be stress-free, maintainable, and allow you to live a normal life, whilst losing weight or gaining muscle mass etc.

 

2) Movement

We will work on finding the right level of exercise for you to be able to reach your goals each and every month. It doesn’t matter what level you are at, from a couch potato to an athlete. Your workouts will be tailored to what your body needs. You will receive access to our home workout videos from strength to Pilates to follow or gym workout routines.
You need to find a way of exercising that gives you results, but more importantly, you enjoy.

 

3) Looking at the bigger picture

Sometimes weight loss can be hard for some people, it can often be bigger than just diet and exercise. When we work together, we can find out what stops you from hitting goals. We can change habits, and address stress or sleep that may be hampering your results.
